How do I start?
Book a free 15-minute call. We will talk about the pupil, the goal and the timetable, then suggest a plan and a tutor. If you would like to try a full lesson first, a trial lesson is £50, taken off your first package if you buy one within 14 days.
Which tutor will my child have?
We match each pupil to the tutor best suited to their subject and needs. Most pupils keep the same tutor throughout, and we will always tell you in advance if that needs to change.
Do online lessons work?
Yes. We use Google Meet with a shared digital whiteboard. Many pupils find online lessons easier to fit around school and sport.
What if we need to cancel?
Cancel or move for free up to 24 hours before the lesson. Later cancellations are charged in full, with one free late cancellation each term.
Do you tutor pupils from your own schools?
No. Tutors never teach pupils from a school where they are employed.
Can schools pay by invoice?
Yes. We invoice schools and local authorities against a purchase order on 30-day terms.
Do you support pupils with SEND?
Yes. Tell us about needs and access arrangements on the intake form so we can plan from the first lesson.
Do you teach in person?
No. All our lessons are live online, so pupils anywhere in the UK can learn with a specialist tutor and nobody loses time travelling.
