We provide part-time, one-to-one tuition for pupils in alternative provision, on medical or part-time timetables, or educated otherwise than at school. All lessons are live online, so pupils can learn from home, a school base or another agreed setting with a responsible adult nearby.

We start with a baseline and a written plan, so every hour moves them towards the outcomes you set.

Attendance reaches you within twenty four hours, and any welfare concern is reported the same day.

Making a referral

  1. Send a referral with the pupil’s needs, risk assessment and the outcomes you want.

  2. We confirm suitability, a start date and a lead tutor within three working days.

  3. A short introductory session with the pupil and parent or carer sets the plan.

  4. Sessions, attendance and updates run as agreed, invoiced against your PO.

Cove Tutors provides part-time tuition. We are not a school and do not provide full-time education.

Single sessions are £90. Every programme includes planning, a baseline, attendance reported within 24 hours, weekly updates, safeguarding oversight and a final report. Programmes are fixed price and invoiced against your PO at agreed stages. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.
